The Microelectronics Center ITB comprises four major laboratories: System and Application Lab, IC Design Lab, Device & Process Lab, and Electronics Manufacture Lab. We have a complete set and industry-standard facilities to bring the most advanced research and products to the society. System and Application

Uses the ICs to develop products and applications. In many cases, microelectronics devices, products and systems are mass products

IC Design

Develops ICs for various applications using computer-aided design (CAD) and state of the art IC Design Methodologies.

IC Processing

Acquires and develops technology for analysis, characterization, design, developing, and processing of microelectronics components and devices to be used in integrated circuits (ICs)

Manufacturing

Studies and develops technology for electronics manufactures.
